The complete renewal of water and drainage pipes down to the basement ensures a reliable and durable infrastructure. The combination of a tileable shower channel and a folding pivot system in the shower enclosure creates maximum freedom of movement and comfort in the space.
Before
The bathroom shows a classic layout with a washbasin, toilet, and shower tray, which is functional but outdated. The lighting is subdued, making the room appear rather dark and cramped overall, which complicates daily use. The materials show clear signs of wear, reducing the inviting atmosphere and significantly limiting the wellness aspect. The arrangement of the sanitary fixtures is inflexible and offers little space for modern comfort requirements or barrier-free use. Overall, the room meets basic needs but reaches its functional limits, highlighting the need for a contemporary renovation to make daily life more pleasant and the bathroom more comfortable.
After
Where previously a tense atmosphere and cramped spatial conditions prevailed, the bathroom now presents itself as a clearly structured room with an open effect. The arrangement of the washbasin, toilet, and shower tray was reconsidered so that movement areas are better utilized and access is facilitated. Improved lighting ensures even illumination, making the room appear friendly and clear. Materials with a calm, matte surface support the clear lines and create a restrained, relaxed atmosphere. This results in a living space that simplifies everyday life while meeting the demands of a low-maintenance, durable sanitary area. The bathroom now offers a balance of functionality and a pleasant spatial feeling that invites you to linger.
